With 18 years of experience in secondary mathematics education, Justin Warner is passionate about helping students achieve success and fostering a love of math. Having spent the first five years of his career at Benton High School and the last 13 years at Conway High School, Justin has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of teaching in Arkansas schools.
In addition to his teaching experience, Justin has worked as a school bus driver at Conway High School for 13 years, where he has developed strong relationships with students and staff alike. His diverse skill set also includes coaching the tennis team at Benton High School, where he demonstrated leadership and teamwork both on and off the court.
Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Education in Math Education from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) in 2007 and later pursued a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Arkansas State University in 2013. Most recently, he completed his Online Teaching Certificate from UCA in 2024, expanding his ability to support and engage students in virtual learning environments.
At Conway High School, Justin served as the team leader for both the Geometry and Precalculus teaching teams, where he mentored colleagues, coordinated curriculum, and worked collaboratively to improve student outcomes.
When he's not in the classroom or at school, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters. He is also an avid scuba diver and recently earned his Rescue Diver certification, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth.
As a math specialist at APSRC, Justin is dedicated to supporting teachers and students across the state to improve math education and create a positive, engaging learning experience for all.
