Introducing Our New District Use Pricing Model

We’re excited to introduce our new District Use licensing model, designed to be more cost‑effective, flexible, and better aligned with how schools and districts actually use the platform.

This model provides full district‑wide access with a streamlined number of licenses, making it an especially affordable option for many districts that do not require a large number of individual user accounts.

District Use Model Overview

The District Use model includes access to all district‑ and school‑level data with a fixed number of licenses based on enrollment size.

District Use Pricing

Districts with 800 students or fewer

  • $5,000 annually

  • Includes 5 user licenses

Districts with more than 800 students

  • $6.25 per student

  • Includes 5 base licenses

  • One additional license included for each 100‑student bracket above 800

Additional licenses

  • Available for $175 per license

Pricing Examples

  • 800 students or fewer: $5,000 | 5 licenses

  • 801 students: $5,006.25 | 6 licenses

  • 1,000 students: $6,250 | 8 licenses

  • 1,500 students: $9,375 | 12 licenses

  • 2,200 students: $13,750 | 19 licenses

Why Choose the District Use Model?

  • Significantly lower cost for most districts

  • Designed around actual usage patterns

  • Full access to all schools and district‑wide data

  • Flexible licensing with affordable add‑ons

Prefer More User Accounts?

If your district requires a larger number of user logins, our original licensing model is still available and may be a better fit for your needs. We’re happy to help you determine which option works best for your district.
