D.O.T.s: Data Optimization Tools

D.O.T.s uses dynamic analysis tools to allow users to interact with multiple measures of data from eSchool, interim assessments, and other local data sources to provide customized dashboard views and export datasets. It includes the integration of multiple datasets from multiple years for viewing trends. Access and permissions are controlled by user roles.

What is D.O.T.s?

  • A system that allows you to access multiple measures of student data all in one place, anytime, anywhere

  • A delivery solution complete with real-time professional development services to grow data analysis skills from the classroom to the boardroom

  • Designed in partnership with educators from the field to grow stronger data-informed learning communities

  • Uses locally sourced data to reduce system layers and improve data quality and access

Depending on permissions, users can view:

  • State-level academic performance comparisons

  • Regional/Cooperative level academic performance comparisons

  • Building level academic performance comparisons
