  • Click here to launch Discere.

    In the top right corner of the screen, please select “Register.” Enter your school email address and create a password. Please do not use a personal email address.

    You will be asked to select a ‘Branch Name’ before you can move on. These category names refer to the type of school you are currently employed with, with the following options: Charter Schools, Cooperative Schools, Traditional Public School District, or Other [Non-School Affiliated]. Please select the school type that your school is to move forward.

    On the next page, choose your school. If you do not see your school from the list provided, please confirm that you selected the correct type of school from the first ‘Branch Name’ category.

    Once all prompts are completed, click ‘Register’. You will get a confirmation link in your email. Click the link to verify your account, and you are all set!

  • If you are unsure if you have an account, you can attempt to reset your password using the Discere site. Select sign in, and ‘forgot password.’ Enter your school email address and the site will send a reset password link to your email address if you have an account.

    If there is not an account on file, you will receive an error letting you know the system was unable to find your account. From there, it is recommended you create your account.

  • To pay with a purchase order, please follow these steps:

    1. Log into your Docebo account.

    2. Add the item you wish to purchase to your cart.

    3. During the transaction process, you will encounter a text field designated for coupon codes. Please input the following coupon precisely as it appears: PO-Invoice.required

    After entering this coupon code, your cart balance will be reduced to zero, allowing you to complete your transaction. A member of our team will reach out to you within a few days to provide you with an invoice and finalize your order.

    If you encounter any difficulties while using the coupon code or completing your transaction, please email mhall@apsrc.net.

  • Users are unable to purchase tickets or seats for other users unless they have been granted the necessary permissions. To request these permissions, please send an email to kwhite@apsrc.net or mhall@apsrc.net. To expedite the process, please ensure you have completed the following steps:

    1. Prepare a list of attendees you intend to register so that APSRC Staff can verify their presence in the system and grant you the required permissions.

    2. When submitting your request to purchase tickets on behalf of others, it is crucial to include this list for reference.

    Once you have been granted the correct permissions, APSRC staff will inform you and provide you with further instructions.

  • Once APSRC has finished marking attendance for an event, you should receive a notification that your certificate is ready. Please use the information below to locate and download your certificate.

    Please log in to your account and select 'My Professional Development History' from the left-hand navigation menu. Once you have reached your PD History dashboard, please select 'Courses.' You will then see the training and events you have completed. A small medal icon will be attached to each course if you have received a certificate. You may download this certificate by selecting this icon.

    Your certificate will show the number of professional development hours you attended for the event. If you were late to the event or did not attend the entire event, you may receive fewer credit hours.

    If you cannot locate your certificate or did not receive one for a training you attended, please email mhall@apsrc.net.

  • There are multiple ways you can sign up for upcoming training opportunities.

    If you received a link via email for training, you can open that link in a new tab, and sign into your discere account. From there, you will select the blue button that says enroll or register. Once registered, you will receive an email with more information.

    You can also register for upcoming events in the Discere platform by logging in and opening the left-hand menu. From there, select ‘upcoming events.’ Locate the training you would like to register for and finish the process.

  • Login to your Discere account, and open the left-hand navigation menu. From there, select the tab that says ‘My Transactions.’ You will be able to see all of your transactions on this page.

  • To keep your account history, please reach out to the Communications Department and we will update your account information.
