Hamilton Kemp is the director of legal services at the Arkansas Public School Resource Center. Hamilton graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, a long, long time ago. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law with a J.D. in 2008 and has practiced law in Little Rock ever since. Hamilton previously served as general counsel of the Assessment Coordination Division of DFA and as the County Attorney of Pulaski County.
