Offered in partnership with the Arkansas Public School Resource Center (APSRC), the A-State UpSkill Program is open to Arkansas high school students at no cost, pending continued funding from the Arkansas Department of Education.

How to Get Started

Schools interested must complete a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and submit student applications by August 19, 2026.
