Get ready to join us on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025 for our 2025 Fall Conference, Game Changers, at the Hot Springs Convention Center! This annual statewide event is one you will not want to miss. It is packed with professional learning, networking, and sessions designed for every role in K-12 education.
You can expect a wide range of topics and sessions tailored to the unique needs of each role in education. Whether you're a superintendent, teacher, finance staff member, or tech coordinator, you’ll find practical insights and takeaways that support your day-to-day work.
What to Expect
Each year, the APSRC Fall Conference features a variety of breakout sessions, expert speakers, and networking opportunities designed to meet the needs of educators and support staff at every level.
Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to meet our sponsors, network, and wrap up the event with exciting door prizes.
This year, your registration for the Fall Conference includes access to our exclusive Pre-Conference Finance Workshop, at no additional Cost!
Held on October 20, the day before the main event at the Hotel Hot Springs, this workshop is a must-attend for school finance staff and anyone involved in budgeting and funding decisions. In the past, this session was an add-on, but this year it's included as a special perk just for conference attendees. Seats are limited and separate registration is required, so don’t miss your chance to take part in this high-value session!
