The Arkansas Public School Resource Center (APSRC) held its annual Fall Conference on October 21, 2025, at the Hot Springs Convention Center, drawing educators, administrators, and education stakeholders from across the state.
The event kicked off with a Pre-Conference Finance Workshop on October 20, sponsored by EBI, which focused on financial planning and management for school districts.
This year’s conference centered around the theme “Game Changers,” highlighting innovative practices, leadership strategies, and impactful stories from Arkansas schools that are driving change in education.
The conference featured Craig O’Neill as emcee and welcomed Dr. Catlin Tucker as the keynote speaker. Tucker, a nationally recognized educator and author, addressed instructional innovation and strategies for engaging students in modern classrooms.
Attendees had access to more than 30 breakout sessions throughout the day, covering a range of topics including school leadership, finance, charter services, technology, communications, teaching and learning, legal and policy, and student support services.
During the lunch program, Arkansas Department of Education Secretary Jacob Oliva delivered remarks highlighting current initiatives and the department’s vision for public education in the state.
The conference concluded with a drawing for amazing door prizes including trips to Branson, $500 Visa Gift Cards, $650 Value Botox, and so much more!
