Join us in Hot Springs - October 21st, 2025
“When we were contacted by APSRC, we were ecstatic about the opportunity to make a video for their Fall Conference. Building this partnership is something that White Hall High School EAST is looking forward to.” — White Hall High School EAST statement
The Arkansas Public School Resource Center (APSRC) is proud to announce a partnership with the EAST Initiative at White Hall High School, showcasing the power of student creativity and collaboration. As part of our preparations for the 2025 APSRC Fall Conference, EAST students took the lead in producing a promotional video that captures the energy, purpose, and excitement of this annual event.
This collaboration is more than just a media project—it’s a testament to the value of student-led learning and the importance of giving young people real-world opportunities to shine. The EAST Initiative, known for its focus on technology, teamwork, and service, empowers students to solve problems in their communities using cutting-edge tools and innovative thinking.
“We wanted the promo video to reflect the main themes of our conference—innovation and collaboration,” said Kaitlyn Tolleson, Director of Communications at APSRC. “Partnering with EAST students allowed us to do that in a way that’s authentic and forward-thinking. Their professionalism and creativity blew us away.”
The students handled every aspect of production—from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery. The result is a vibrant, engaging video that highlights the conference’s keynote speaker and the spirit of collaboration that defines APSRC’s work across the state.
“It’s incredibly rewarding to see students take ownership of a project like this,” Tolleson added. “They weren’t just creating content—they were telling our story while also learning about the professional process. We look forward to working with the EAST Initiative in the future.”
