This statewide event brings together K–12 education professionals from across Arkansas for a day of learning, collaboration, and connection. With targeted breakout sessions, hands-on resources, and valuable networking, the Fall Conference offers meaningful support for every role in education—from superintendents and administrators to teachers, tech staff, and finance teams.

What Can Sponsors Expect & How Can They Engage?

Sponsors will be located in the designated Sponsor Hall, with a dedicated time during the conference for engaging directly with attendees.

To encourage meaningful engagement, APSRC provides sponsors with raffle tickets to distribute at their discretion. Sponsors can choose when to give them out, encouraging attendees to interact with their booth first. Attendees can use the tickets to increase their chances of winning prizes, motivating them to visit all the sponsor booths.

The deadline to secure a sponsorship for the 2025 Fall Conference is September 30, 2025, unless all available spots are filled prior to that date.

After this date, we will no longer accept applications, as we need time to finalize vendor layouts, pipe and draping, and print materials. Be sure to submit your sponsorship by the deadline to ensure inclusion in all event preparations.
