Eric Waldorf joined the APSRC in October 2016 as the K-12 Math Specialist. Eric is a dedicated educator who has a passion for math curriculum, instruction, and assessment. After graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock, he spent five years in the classroom, while at the same time earning his Master’s Degree in Educational Administration. He then began math coaching, quickly earning the role of K-8 Math Instructional Specialist for the North Little Rock School District. He then spent the next six years diving deeper into math curriculum and assessment while working as the K-5 Math Specialist with The Learning Institute in Hot Springs. Eric joined the APSRC directly support teachers as they develop students’ understanding of mathematics.
