Elizabeth Hall Shock has served as a Literacy Specialist for the Arkansas Public School Resource Center (APSRC) since November of 2016. Prior to joining APSRC, Mrs. Shock provided educational consulting services to Arkansas Schools. While working for Elbow 2 Elbow Educational Consulting, she analyzed assessment data to guide educational practices, built teacher capacity, and supported implementation of research based instructional strategies. In addition to consulting, Mrs. Shock taught in Arkansas public schools for six years. Mrs. Shock received her Bachelor of Science in Education degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, in 2002 and her Masters of Arts in Teaching degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, in 2003.
