Christina Fowler joined the Arkansas Public Schools Resource Center as Director of Communications in July 2019. Christina has more than 15 years of experience in communications, public affairs and news media in the corporate and government sectors. She began in news media, writing and editing for newspapers in Russellville and Dardanelle, AR, and has a bachelors degree in journalism from Arkansas Tech University.
