Spark26 will offer multiple sponsor engagement opportunities, including registration from 8:15 to 9:00 a.m., a break from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m., and an afternoon break from 1:00 to 1:40 p.m.

Only sponsors who purchased a luncheon ticket or indicated they will use the ticket included in their tier will be admitted to the luncheon. If the deadline has not passed and you would like to purchase a ticket, you may do so in Discere through the Sponsor Marketplace in your account. Please confirm a ticket is not already included in your tier before purchasing.

After filling out a short form to provide basic information about your organization and a primary point of contact, we will create an account for you in the portal. You’ll then receive login instructions along with guidance on how to purchase your sponsorship tier.

Sponsors may set up the day before the conference, on Tuesday, May 18th, 2026. More information on this will be provided closer to time.

Sponsors will be allowed to tear down their booths after the last break with sponsors, while attendees are in their afternoon sessions from 1:45 - 3:00 P.M.

To encourage meaningful engagement, APSRC provides sponsors with raffle tickets to distribute at their discretion. Sponsors can choose when to give them out, encouraging attendees to interact with their booth first. Attendees can use the tickets to increase their chances of winning prizes, motivating them to visit all the sponsor booths.
How it works:
Each attendee will receive a raffle ticket in their registration bag. As a sponsor, you’ll play a key role in helping them earn more chances to win.
Attendees can collect additional raffle tickets by visiting sponsor tables during designated break times.
Feel free to hand out extra tickets to attendees who stop by, ask questions, or engage with your table.
They’ll write their name on each ticket and drop it in the raffle bucket before the drawing in the afternoon for cash prizes.
The more tickets they collect, the better their chances of winning a cash prize. Thank you for helping us make the day more fun and engaging.

If your sponsorship package includes attendee info, it will be sent to you after the event.

If you used the purchase order coupon to indicate you would like to be invoiced, we will reach out to you. Our front office staff will work on getting the invoice issued to you, and once payment is received we can move forward with your sponsorship.

If you haven’t already, you can view the available sponsorship tiers here: https://www.apsrc.net/spark26-sponsors. Whether you’ve sponsored an APSRC event before or this will be your first, we’re excited to offer sponsors access to our Sponsorship Portal. Once your account has been created, it will remain active, making things easier for you if you're a recurring sponsor. Your sponsorship history and transactions will remain in this account.

Once your sponsorship is purchased, we will follow up to ensure you’re aware of all your benefits and to collect information for any additional attendees joining you at the event. Accounts will be created for them as well, giving everyone access to sponsor materials, resources, and a centralized dashboard for easier communication.
