Membership/Contract Services
Membership Services
Each year, our member school districts may request up to two days of onsite/virtual service as part of their membership fee. These services must be requested and used for a separate, distinct service area per each day of service in one of the following areas: school law, school finance, technology, teaching and learning, or communications. For any onsite service, a fee may be charged for any travel/mileage or lodging expenses incurred, but there is no per day rate fee charged for the two days of onsite/virtual service.
Systemic/Long-Term Contract Services
For long-term technical service agreements, either a Technical Service Contract or a Memorandum of Understanding will be drafted. It will detail services to be provided, along with mileage, lodging and/or service fees. These contractual agreements will be negotiated by the department directors at APSRC. The fee structure is based on hourly rates.
