Progress Monitoring in the Literacy Classroom

Progress Monitoring in the Literacy Classroom will focus on walking teachers through collecting a writing sample, administering the Developmental Spelling Analysis (DSA), and administering an Oral Reading Fluency Assessment. In addition to how to administer these progress monitoring tools, we will also discuss how to score each assessment, how to analyze the data, and how to use your findings to drive effective literacy instruction.

This session will be held in the APSRC Boardroom, Suite 315, in the Victory Building at 1401 West Capitol Ave., Little Rock, AR 72201.

Parking is available in a garage located on 6th Street, which runs parallel to Capitol Avenue. The garage is connected to the Victory Building via a second-floor walkway. You will need $6 to cover all-day parking or $2 per hour for hourly parking. Metered parking is also available.
