Novice Teacher Academy-Plant the Seed. Grow the Future. (Year 1 Teachers)

APSRC’s “Novice Teacher Academy – Plant the Seed. Grow the Future.” for Year 1 charter school novice teachers is a 6-hour training where participants will be introduced to their early career professional support plan, TESS components, pathways to licensure, the Arkansas Code of Ethics for Educators, and add several new and useful ideas for their upcoming school year. Teachers will meet their mentors and be “Day One Ready.” Each participant will receive a Rocket Notebook and books for their professional library.
