Novice Teacher Academy-Plant the Seed. Grow the Future. (Year 2 & 3 Teachers)

APSRC’s “Novice Teacher Academy – Plant the Seed. Grow the Future.” for Year 2 & 3 charter school novice teachers is a 6-hour training where participants will become more familiar with their early career professional support plan, increase their understanding of TESS components, explore pathways to licensure, the Arkansas Code of Ethics for educators, and add several new and useful ideas for their upcoming school year. Teachers will meet their mentors and be “Day One Ready.” Each participant will receive books for their professional library.
