Are you curious what to do now that you have received your High-Reliability School books? Come learn about it from Dr. Mike Ruyle, an author and consultant with Marzano Research.
High-Reliability Organizations (HROs) continually pursue error-free performance and take proactive steps to prevent failure. In the era of accountability, schools are expected to be HROs. The Marzano High-Reliability Schools framework provides a clear blueprint for this purpose. This workshop will introduce school leaders to five levels of high-reliability schooling and the use of leading and lagging indicators as tools for strategic planning and monitoring school progress.
The session, designed for school administrators, will be held in Room 445 at the Victory Building, which is located at 1401 W. Capitol Ave., Little Rock, AR 72201
Parking is available at a garage located on 6th Street, which runs parallel to Capitol Avenue. The garage is connected to the Victory Building via a second-floor walkway. You will need $5 to cover all-day parking or $1 per hour for hourly parking. Metered parking also is available.
