Charter Leadership Institute-Day 4
January 25 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pmFree
Arkansas Public Schools Resource Center (APSRC) offers the Charter Leadership Institute to Beginning Administrators and Veteran Administrators in Charter Schools. This Institute includes five days of professional learning designed around effective leadership; LEADS 2.0, TESS Credentialing, High-Reliability Schools, Professional Learning Communities, Response to Intervention, Blended Learning, and other professional development opportunities. Through our relationship with Solution Tree, we will continue the conversation on the PLC process and RTI Implementation. Charter school Beginning Administrators will be able to meet all Beginning Administrator requirements through APSRC’s Charter Leadership Institute.
Topics for this session will include:
- Effective Assessments down to the Student and Skill
- McKinney-Vento Act
- School law
- Instructional Strategies
We do encourage both Beginning and Veteran Administrators to attend APSRC’s Charter Leadership Institute as we will share information, provide updates, and facilitate training for everyone!
The remaining dates for the Institute are March 8. We will plan for all sessions to be offered face to face. If you are planning to attend, you will need to attend all five sessions as this will be a continuous learning cycle with activities and tasks for you to take back to your building. Seating is limited and registration is managed on a first-come, first-served basis.
