Book Study of “Disrupting Thinking: Why HOW We Read Matters)” (7th-12th)

Participants will receive a copy of Disrupting Thinking: Why HOW We Read Matters by Kylene Beers and Bob Probst and participate in a book study emphasizing how critical it is that we teach students how to approach and read complex texts. This session will be led by ADE Literacy Specialist Connie Echols.
The session will be held at APSRC, Ste. 315 in the Victory Building, which is located at 1401 W. Capitol Ave., Little Rock, AR 72201
Parking is available in a garage located on 6th Street, which runs parallel to Capitol Avenue. The garage is connected to the Victory Building via a second-floor walkway. You will need $5 to cover all-day parking or $1 per hour for hourly parking. Metered parking also is available.
