2018 ADE Science of Reading Conference for Arkansas Schools: “Starting a New Chapter”
March 5, 2018 - March 6, 2018
At this two-day event, educators will hear from both nationally renowned speakers and Arkansas educators on the science of teaching reading. Sessions will address core instructional practices, interventions, and content knowledge for phonemic awareness, phonics, syllables and syllabication, morphology, fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary. Educators will also have the opportunity to hear presentations about dyslexia and related reading disabilities, IDEA and 504 regulations., Gifted and Talented, and English Learners.
