Alternative Methods of Instruction Guidance 2019-2020
The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education allows for schools to apply for approval of an Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI) plan for emergency or exceptional circumstances such as a contagious disease outbreak, inclement weather, or utility outage, that prevents students from physical attending school on campus. Many of you have likely applied for approval; however, if you have not, you should consider doing so as soon as possible.
Here is 2020 Guidance Document that will guide you through the process. You can also feel free to reach out to APSRC for assistance.
