In that time, students in Arkansas have completed 1.4 million online lessons. Post-use survey data in Arkansas shows that after using Learning Blade, students have a 61% increased interest in a career in Computer Science and similar results for STEM careers. The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education allows for schools to apply for approval of an Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI) plan for emergency or exceptional circumstances such as a contagious disease outbreak, inclement weather, or utility outage, that prevents students from physical attending school on campus.  Many of you have likely applied for approval; however, if you have not, you should consider doing so as soon as possible.
