About Legal & Policy
We’re school law experts. Let us help.
APSRC’s legal department provides information and practical assistance to board members, superintendents, school administration, educational co-operatives, and teachers in more than 185 public school districts, 8 co-ops, and 15 charter schools across the state of Arkansas. We practice only one area of the law – public school law!
Current members already know – it’s not just the words on the screen that count – it’s knowing that you’ve got a legal team that can help you navigate implementation, answers questions, and tailor solutions for all of the expected – and unexpected -situations schools today face.
We encourage close relationships with member schools through on-site training, easy availability and friendly, practical advice. We encourage members to call or email with any questions as often as necessary. Need to find a statute? We can help with that. Need a policy? We can do that. Need specialized training at your school? We do that too!
We hope you will find resources that will be helpful to you – we strive to offer up-to-date information on current school law trends and recent court decisions, as well as helpful material for those once-in-a-blue moon situations. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to email or give us a call and we will be happy to help you.
