Let us help you with school finance issues and policies.
The APSRC Finance Team has extensive experience working with charter schools, school districts, administrators, and board members to implement best practices, ensure compliance with state and federal finance requirements, and develop procedures for finance operations.
In addition to providing finance training for school board members statewide, APSRC staff work each year with dozens of school districts and charter schools on finance issues and projects.
APSRC’s finance specialists provide information, assistance, and training to school superintendents and business managers. We offer assistance and information on finance rules and regulations, best practices, compliance, budgeting, staffing levels, and financial analysis. We can also provide a wide array of sample policies and forms for APSRC member schools. See our resource page for a list of policies, forms, request for proposals, overtime calculators, and more.
We also offer products designed to help school leaders analyze their financial situation and/or save the district time and money. Our Comprehensive Financial Analysis Management (CFAM) software gives school finance leaders a tool that allows for a comprehensive review of the district’s financial situation. APSRC also provides a Procurement Card (P-card) program that allows districts to monitor and control purchasing while earning a cash rebate annually.
We strive to offer the resources and information necessary to keep school leaders up-to-date and informed on the latest in finance news. Our menu offers details regarding the financial services our team offers. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, please contact a member of the finance team for more information.
