Free Webinar on the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and Equitable Services to Private School Students and Teachers - Thursday, March 22, 2012
The Office of Non-Public Education (ONPE) will host a free webinar on the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and services to private school students and teachers on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at 12:00 noon (EDT).  The webinar will address the obligations to that state and local agencies (SEAs/LEAs) have related to providing equitable services to private school students and teachers in ESEA programs requiring their participation.  Topics that will be covered include a discussion of the programs requiring equitable participation, the requirements of LEAs to conduct timely and meaningful consultation about these programs, expenditures, delivery of services, and allowable activities.  There will also be time allotted for questions and answers.
